Book an in-person appointment, or complete your application fully online and our consular officers will review, sign and issue your document. Every document is issued with a unique reference number and a QR code so it can be verified as genuine. Passport applications and Emergency Travel Documents always require an embassy visit — for biometrics and to collect the document in person — even if you start your application online.

How it works
Select a service, pick an available date/time, and fill in your details in advance so our officers can prepare before you arrive with your original documents.
For Emergency Travel Document applicants who genuinely cannot come to the embassy. Book a time slot and complete your interview by video call — you'll get a join link by email.
Fill in the form, upload a photo and your ID/passport, and submit. An officer reviews it remotely, and your signed, sealed document is generated automatically once approved.
